A lifelong practitioner of yoga who has been especially passionate about the science and anatomy behind the ancient practice.​

In her earlier career in the corporate world, she experienced the full impact of modern-day stress, burnout, and emotional dysregulation. Seeking deeper balance, she turned to the practices she had long admired — and found lasting transformation.​

Her journey led her to become a Yoga Alliance–certified trainer in Pranayama and Meditation and an ardent believer in the power of the practices.​

Through the Breathe Program, Sanghamitra now offers live online sessions and personal guidance — combining ancient breath work and meditative techniques with modern wellness to help you restore calm, clarity, and vitality.
