A lifelong practitioner of yoga who has been especially passionate about the science and anatomy behind the ancient practice.
In her earlier career in the corporate world, she experienced the full impact of modern-day stress, burnout, and emotional dysregulation. Seeking deeper balance, she turned to the practices she had long admired — and found lasting transformation.
Her journey led her to become a Yoga Alliance–certified trainer in Pranayama and Meditation and an ardent believer in the power of the practices.
Through the Breathe Program, Sanghamitra now offers live online sessions and personal guidance — combining ancient breath work and meditative techniques with modern wellness to help you restore calm, clarity, and vitality.
