Schedule

Online sessions
Mondays and Thursdays,
8 - 8.30 PM IST
Recordings provided

What's in the Program?

Online sessions, twice a week, that will cover:

- Light stretching

- Pranayama and breathwork

- Yoga and meditative practices

These sessions will last half an hour. A recording will be provided just after the session, that will last till the next session.

What will you get out of it?

You will be able to calm the mind, put the body in a parasympathetic state (opposite of "fight or flight"), where it can rest, relax, digest and repair itself.

To be in this state is vital for our health and wellbeing and will even optimise our life when we need to be switched on.

You do not need any experience in yoga, Pranayama or meditation to do this program. You do not have to be flexible to do the program.

FAQs

The time doesn't suit me, what do I do?

For those who cannot join live, a recording of the session will be provided (until the next live session takes place).

You can practice anytime your schedule allows. Try and keep the same time for your practice, everyday.

I am not flexible/am a beginner, can I still register

The program is open for absolute beginners or experienced practitioners alike. You do not need to have any knowledge in yoga or any yogic practices. You can be seated on a chair, or cross-legged or lying down in a comfortable position. The key word is "comfort". Our journey will be inward, with minimum focus on the body.

Do I need special clothes/gear for this programme?

Clothing should be not restrictive, in a space that is quiet, on a yoga mat or sitting on a chair.

However the practice can be done in most locations, when you are alone. For example, if you are traveling or in an office cubicle. The entire practice can be done seated, with the eyes closed.

What is the best time to practice?

The ideal time to practice is either early morning, or in the evening as part of your wind-down schedule. However, anytime of the day when you have 30 mins is good.
