What’s Included in the Program?

Join two live online sessions every week, designed to bring calm, clarity, and deep rest into your daily life.

Each 30-minute session includes:

  • Gentle Stretching to release physical tension.

  • Guided Pranayama (breath work) to regulate and energize your nervous system.

  • Yoga Nidra & Meditative Practices to restore balance and improve focus.

Recordings are shared after each session, available until the next class — so you never miss a beat.

What Will You Gain?

  • Calm your mind and reset your body into a parasympathetic state — the opposite of “fight or flight” — where healing, digestion, and deep rest happen naturally.

  • Support your overall well-being by learning how to shift into this restful state anytime — helping you stay balanced, even in high-stress moments.

  • No experience needed — you don’t need to be flexible or have any background in yoga, breath work, or meditation. This program is for everyone.

FAQs

The live session time doesn’t work for me. What should I do?

No problem! You’ll receive a recording after every live session, available until the next class. Practice at your convenience — we recommend sticking to a consistent time to build a calming habit.

I’m not flexible or experienced in yoga. Can I still join?

Absolutely. This program is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You don’t need any prior knowledge of yoga or pranayama. You can sit on a chair, lie down, or sit cross-legged — whatever feels comfortable. The focus is on your inner experience, not physical flexibility.

Do I need special clothes or equipment?

Not at all. Just wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and find a quiet spot. You can practice on a yoga mat, chair, or even while traveling — anywhere you can close your eyes and be undisturbed for 30 minutes.

When is the best time to do a recorded session?

The ideal time is either early morning or in the evening as part of your wind-down routine. But really — any time you can take 30 minutes for yourself is the perfect time.
